Zippy Chicken - one berry

I originally found this recipe with the Sunday coupons and have simplified it even more after finding another version of this same recipe elsewhere. You can't find an easier no-work main dish!

Ingredients

skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Miracle Whip OR ranch dressing
grated Parmesan cheese
Italian seasoning OR parsley

Cooking

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Brush Miracle Whip or ranch dressing on to tops of chicken.
  3. Shake some Parmesan cheese to cover chicken.
  4. Add Italian seasoning or parsley to taste (and don't be shy!).
  5. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.

Tips

Kraft makes a three-cheese ranch dressing which works great for this recipe, and the cheese is already built in!
