CHOCOLATE CUT-OUTS

 
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Place chocolate chips in microwave safe bowl.  Microwave on high (100%) for 1 minute, stir.  Working quickly, use a spatula to spread melted chocolate on wax paper covered cookie sheet.  Chill for about 5 minutes, just until chocolate begins to set.

Using a sharp knife or cookie cutters, score chocolate into desired shapes.  DO NOT try to separate them at this time.  Cover and chill until very firm.  (at least 1 hour)

Carefully peel wax paper away from chocolate.  Gently separate shapes at score marks.  Place on tray, cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
