Southwest Corn Casserole

1 large can corn
1 large can creamed corn
1 can diced Ortega green chilies
4 green onions, chopped
½ tsp. ground cumin
½ tsp. dried basil
¼ tsp. black pepper
2 eggs
¼ cup Bisquick
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
 

Mix all ingredients together.
 
Spread into a greased casserole dish.
 
Top with additional grated cheese.
 
Bake in a 375° oven until top is browned – approximately 40 minutes.
