Prayer Requests 9-10-01




Hey, girls (and beaus)!  Here is this week's prayer request.  I am adding
a two special ones at the bottom, so please read all the way through.


Ann R.'s mom having surgery and brother going through divorce
Sarah Beth has requested prayer for a friend
Micaela - busy week, feeling distressed, considering audition for Spring
Sing hostess, family
Shannon - sick
Melinda - brother in law in hospital
Karen - friend's husband is getting stationed in Korea for 1 yr.& she is
pregnant
Kira - campus health, particularly club members
Ann S. - feeling very sick
Missa - her family, brother dad mom sick, divorce of uncle, money
situation
Micaela - mom taking course for certification :)
Jo - hard decision
Tina - her brother (not Christian)
Shannon - induction, inductees, deadlines, and classes
Melinda - busy week, auditions and classes
Kim A. - health
Susan - decision


By now, I am sure we all know what happened this morning.  But what a lot
of you may be thinking is it doesn't really affect us here.  If you are,
you're wrong.  What happened this morning changed your world.  You may
not see it now, but you will.  So let's keep our country in prayer, our
leaders that they do what is best and the people who were involved this
morning.  But I also have two specific prayer requests.  The military is
mobilizing.  Most of you know that Melinda's husband Dale is in the Army
Reserves.  This will affect them greatly.  There have already been
comments by leaders that this is another Pearl Harbor.  Pray for their
family, for Dale.  And please pray for me and Tim.  Tim is no longer in
the military, but if war is declared, he will go, and he will not have a
desk job.  If he goes, it is very unclear as to what I will do.
