shower room gite is now available
in Central Brittany.
Gites de Kerhiec at Guern, Morbihan,
owned and operated by Rhian van Kemenade, is perfect for six or
more guests. It provides level-access facilities in the
downstairs double bedroom and bathroom. The adjoining shower room has a
level accessible shower (no shower tray) and shower stool. The WC
has a handrail. The gite is suitable for people with limited mobility and
wheelchair users who can walk a few paces within the bedroom and
shower-room. The large living space with kitchen corner is totally
wheelchair accessible.
Rhian, who spent many years working with disabled
people people in Wales, believes that this accommodation is well designed
for people with restricted mobility.
