Ian Day's fully accessible one-story rental in the heart of fun land Orlando, Florida  is a wheelchair user's vacation dream spot. This four bedroom, three bathroom family home sports a heated pool and spa with a water-powered hoist for easy wheelchair access. 

There are twin beds in three of the bedrooms, and the main bedroom has an enormous double bed. A walk-in closet and a wall bar are fitted. The en-suite shower has a roll in shower, sink and self-washing toilet. One of the other toilets also has a roll-in shower, sink and a self-washing toilet. The other bathroom has a bath, sink and toilet. A shower chair is provided. There are pneumatic bed sit up devices, for those who need them.
There are no steps in the home, The main living, dining and kitchen area all sport an open floor plan and are extremely well-fitted.
