7 of Disks, Failure.

A time to ask 'what is most important, really?' or 'where does my heart reside?' Delay or reversal of gratification necessitates reflection, withdrawal, criticality, reassessment of priorities. Maybe you're not getting what/who you want, or are dealing with shame over your own behavior, but the good news is the standards have been raised forever. Handling the energy of this card without complaining too much offers a great growth experience, replaces naivete and arrogance with a much subtler, more sophisticated approach to life. Very humbling and enriching.

Fear of failure. Planting seeds in areas that will grow no corn. Blight. Best to wait out for a new season of change.

Saturn is significant in this card to define it's dark limitation... a force when combined with Taurus causes a block in stability. I feel a strong sense of hesitation to something in the physical realm. Scared to jump, on the seventh day they rested...for whatever reason they abstained from activity.

Stand still. Time to wait for the garden to grow and produce fruit. Keep busy looking for new and different enterprises in order to insure success.
