4 of Swords, Truce.

although the meaning of this interpreted is mostly symbolic of it's author's visions of what swords may consist of in and of itself..."its true meaning" I feel that the swords depict another meaning to me. This card gives me a feeling of being put to sleep or put to rest a matter that has been "cutting" or severing issues dealing with matters that couldn't be controlled and are therefore being "cut away" or needs to be finished with once and for all. These matters are to me that is of an important pressing issue(s) must be surgical removed esoterrically/exorterically.

this card truce is the law of the highest (jupiter) in balance of the indivuals perception of it (libra). therefore a coming to terms with the macrocosm & microcosm, man & god.

When we say Truce, what is not meant is something stable in the sense that a geometrical figure is stable. The Swords have called a Truce because the only alternative was for the bitterness of the war of Three Swords to overwhelm everything. So, most provisionally, they have called a truce. They are reeling if not bleeding from recent woes. They are making conditions and reparations which they perhaps will not keep once the memory of trouble and sorrow have faded a little. They will be back to fighting in a shot if any condition of truce is broken, and each is watching every other like a hawk. They are Swords after all....

This card suggests a balancing of the four life elements. Spirituality, Physical, Emotional, and Intellect. This balance is cause for your emotional peace. The four swords are each pointing to the center of the card. They are on the same plane, not overlapping each other. This suggests to me that the four elements are now balanced.
