Dandi's Dream

Call me "sweety",
bring me a dream.
Be the wind to shatter my nightmare,
be the man to silence my scream.

Give me castles of marble and moonlight,
give me gardens of passion and peace.
Give me silk sheets and tapestry of velvet,
purify me, set me at ease.

Surround me with refreshing moon-mist,
light the sandalwood incense in my room.
Caress me, o sparkling sun-rain.
Spider, bring me the cloth of your loom.

All you condors that float in the sky
carry me... Let me fly!
All you roe-deers that run in the mead
chase the demons out from my head.

And you, brother, from my southern resort,
call me "sweety", bring me a dream.
Be the wind to shatter my nightmare,
be the man to silence my scream.
