Are you curious as to why we are called HOOSIERS?..Well So was I, So I called the Library and the lady told me 3 stories,,(neither story has been Founded, just speculation and rumor)One of the stories I forget however. Sorry!

The first story is said to involve a black preacher that walked through the streets quoting Bible scriptures. Everyone just called him Mr Hoosier.

The second story was a about a very well off gentlemen who was a carpenter. He called the men that worked for him Hoosiers.

Like I said NO ONE really knows how we became to be called HOOSIERS. But the stories were interesting to listen too.

AND OF COURSE THE... Indiana isn't Indiana without basketball...LOL Here's some of the team. (And of course my commentary)

Rik Smits, Gettin old and wore out, but boy can he play.

Chris mullin, When he's HOT not even Reggie can make this many 3 pointers.
