You Know You're Obsessed With Eponine When..... Well, here's a list of symptoms. I based them on me but there are a few that I thought of or was e-mailed. See how many apply to you!
- You create a website just about her
- You create a web-ring for Eponine sites
- Your one ambition in life is to play her
- You go out and get a Eponine costume to use at Hallowe'en or 'just in case' (we're allowed to dream aren't we?!)
- You can't stop singing "On My Own" (even a word from the lyrics sets you off!)
- You can sing "On My Own" in two or more languages
- You have to hear "On My Own" at least once a day
- You argue with your friend over which one of you will play her
- You insist your friends call you 'Ponine
- You and your friends do "Plumet Attack" anywhere, anytime
- You hear that the guy you like is going out with someone and you have an overwhelming urge to sing "He was never mine to lose...."
- You have an overwhelming urge to sing "I'm gonna sceam" when someone annoys you
- All your web aliases contain Eponine
- You have an Eponine picture gallery in your room
- You hear of a guy in a chatroom called Marius and spend ages trying to find him and talk to him
- When you walk along you sing "On My Own" at the top of your lungs
- When you learn to play "On My Own" on the piano, and play it at least three times a day, with all the
vigor with which Lea Salonga sings it
- If you can't think about Eponine's life without tears starting to your eyes and you have to stop thinking about her or people will wonder why you look so gloomy and peaceful at the same time
- When you keep coming back to a page like this!
- You arrive early for a lecture, no-one is around and you are seriously tempted to jump up on to the lecture theatre stage and launch into OMO
- You start arriving early to lectures on purpose so you can get through the song before anyone arrives
- You buy Les Mis Sheet music for Eponine parts when you can't even play the keyboard never mind the piano or anything else.
- You constantly bug your best friend who can play the piano to play all
the Eponine parts just so that you can sing them.
