All charges, criminal or civil, are the sole responsibility of the caller initiating the call. After the first call has been completed, any subsequent calls made to this service will be billed directly to the caller's phone bill at the nominal rate of $12.50 per minute, and a minimum call time of ten minutes is assigned to each call.-
