Sausage and vegetable casserole

 




Instructions

Heat broth, tomatoes in sauce, and
hot sauce. Simmer 15 minutes. Add
vegetables and Knockwurst; simmer
an additional 15 to 20 minutes.


(makes 6-8 servings)

Ingredients

4 cans (10 1/2 oz each) beef broth
1 can (1 lb) chopped tomatoes in sauce
1 teaspoon hot sauce
2 cups pared, thinly sliced carrots
2 cups thinly sliced celery
1 large green pepper, cut in large dice
2 potatoes, pared, sliced, quartered
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
6 Natural Casing Knockwurst, sliced
