Study

Tannhäuser is the theme of the King's Study. To the right, above the bookcase is Tannhäuser with Venus (featured in Act 1 of Wagner's opera). This scene is repeated in a spectacular way at Linderhof. Bavaria's coat of arms feature on the furniture.
