The day started out great! The weather was wonderful, a little on the hot side, but it was mostly dry heat. There wasn't a cloud in the sky. Since the Western Assocation like to promote "family" showing, we onlt allow one horse per rider per class, no virtual riders. This way the classes are smaller and the entries not a big. this also helps keep the rider points fair, since one owner can't enter 30 horses in one class. We try to make every horse a winner, the biggest class had 7 horses. Most people would say that is a extremely small turnout, but nearly every owner registered entered. Our barbeque was a big success. Those who attended played games, learned to line dance to the "Watermelon Crawl". We enjoyed an all you can eat servings of ribs, hot dogs, steak or hamburgers depending on what you ordered. It was great fun and I'm sure everyone went home smiling! If there were 7 horses in a class it would be
7th=1pt
6th=2pt
5th=3pt
4th=4 pt
etc
If it was 6 horses than 6th would get 1 pt, and 1st would get 6th. get it? If
