Use this form for submitting information about a lost or found pet. If you incur any problems with the form, please send an email message to jharley@passport.ca with the subject matter listed as lost/found pet.

Please NOTE: The mailform program is supplied by my server and at times is very slow. If you would rather just email the information, it works just as well and does not take as long to process. Simply supply the following information in any order, but DO supply the correct information. Mail to bstanley@netinc.ca with the word "Missing Pet" in the Subject line. THANK YOU.

If you have a photo of your pet (JPG or GIF format) that you want displayed with the ad. please send it to Pet Photos. In the subject line, just type in your pets name and attach the photo. I will pick up the photo and place it with the ad.
