This is our precious Kitten Kaboodle, She will be a year old in June. She is our princess pride and joy.
Hi Diva & Tiki,
My name is Chloe and I'm a greyhound/kelpi mix. I hail from Melbourne, Australia. Julie Hughes, my people-friend brought me home from the SPCA here in Melbourne five years ago. I was the only female of the litter. I now have two brothers, Jimi and Skipper and we run and play together all day.
Some of my favorite activities are: Peeking through the fence, barking, playing catch with my human friends, going for long evening walks in the park, chasing birds and cats.
Turn-Ons: Barking, eating sweet biscuits, barking, silly running, barking, walks at nite.
Turn-Offs: Dogs larger than me. Being told not to bark. Being called late for supper.
Last Book Read: It's a Dog's Life
Words of Wisdom: Woof...Woof... Woof ...
Tiki's Note: Well Chloe, we don't know about this favorite activity of chasing cats! We hope you wouldn't chase us! As you know from Diva's story, she can be a nasty little thing if need be, maybe she'd fend you off. You're kinda cute though, can't be all that bad :-)
Hi Diva and Tiki!
I am sitting with Meomie looking at your pics
and gee, you two are really beautiful! I'm from San Diego, CA and
have the distinguished honor (bestowed upon me by my Nana!) of being
a real live 'Princess'. She calls me "Princess Pu Yee" Because I
fooled both my Meomie and Nana into thinking I was a Siamese! Also,
Nana gave me such a royal title because I was a 'dumpster' rescue kitty
(yeah--Meomie and the Maintenance Man crawled in after me, my Mom, my sister
and my two brothers!)and when they washed all the 'yuck' from the dumpster
off of me, Nana said I was "the most beautiful kitty in the world!"; and,
she didn't even like cats (but, I changed her mind on that real fast!)
I'm afraid I disappointed my Meomie a lot when I grew black stripes six
months later--she really went into a hissy-fit! She recovered nicely
when she found out I was still a 'Meezer', but a Lynxpoint (I wear my little
gold chain around my neck all the time!)! In my 'royal' way, I rule
this house--Nana and I have 'cozy time' every night on our special quilt
watching TV and I loooove watching Meomie's funny TV that has those clicky
keys you push! She really does neat things with that thing!
'We' just finished our own web site and know what--BOTH of you are already
on it! I'm so happy now that I get to be on yours because that makes
us real 'kit-sisters'! 'Bout that new human baby--don't worry, she'll
make a lot of noise and fuss at first and drive everyone crazy, but that
all goes away and soon your Meomie will be very happy to sit down at nap-time
and rest with you! Those human babies do that you know! Hope
you don't let her upset you too much--she will be fun to play with in a
little while--just your size, too! I'm so happy to be on your site
and happy you're on ours. I think we're all the most beautifullest
cats in the world, don't you? See 'ya both later.
Jasmine
(personally I like 'Jazzy' for short--it's
real 'cool'! When Meomie calls me Jasmine--I run the other way!
That means I'm in trouble--big time!)
Tiki's Note: Hi Jazzy! Yay, another Siamese kitty saved! We sent your Meowmie my award for saving you, cuz she's obviously very very special for doing that! Thanks for your kind words about our new human sister, but we're not sure about the part about her going to be fun - we've heard that babies pull kitties' tails! We like her though, we snuggle her.
Ariel was a rescue at Ferret Wise, she blessed us with her unconditional love for 1 1/2 years -- others now follow her footsteps in search of a safe and loving home.
Diva & Tiki's Note: Our Mom went nuts over this picture. We thought we were the cutest things she'd ever seen, but guess we were "out cuted" by a ferret!
Here are the photos of my furkids to put on your
web site! The gray and white kitty laying on the couch is Figaro, the black
and white one laying on top of the loveseat near the window is Fudge, the
two kittens side by side on the arm of the chair are, from left to right,
Vella and Callie, and the big cat in the kitchen chair is Harley!

We are twleve cats from Alabama (USA). Our names are Zoe the Wonder Cat, Booger Bear, Bonnie Come Lately, Squeaky Kiki, Samantha Sue, Lacey Davenport-Jones, Deuce Palmer, Bebe Junior, Big Maurice, Sheba Renee, Sonny Boy, and Misty Prissy. Bonnie is a traditional Siamese. She, like Tiki, came from a humane shelter. So did Zoe. Most of the rest of us were strays who found some compassionate humans to take care of us. Speaking of humans, we own two of them, a big, bald guy, and a skinny blond chick. We make them exercise by opening and closing the back door approximately 100 times per day. We also give them a good workout by feeding us and cleaning out a half dozen cat boxes. These humans are okay, except when they take us to the vet. We dislike getting shots (don't you?), and we especially object to having our temperature taken (how would you like to have a cold piece of glass stuck up your South Pole?). All in all, we tolerate these goofy humans. Please feel free to drop us a line if you are eager to hear about life in the "fast lane" courtesy of small town cats.
Hugs and Hisses,
12 Alabama Cats
Diva & Tiki's Note: Wow, 12 Kitties! Now that would be a fun household! Mom... can we have some more sisters? Cat sisters.
I'm sitting here surfing the web with my mom and
we looked at your page. Looks like you're having lots and lots of
fun - cool! I'm still a kitten, and my mom got me at the shelter
when I was only 8 weeks old, now I'm about 14 weeks. Sometimes we
go to visit my mom's parents' house, and I get to play with Kiwi, the Siamese
cat who lives there, so I know how much fun you Siamese are. Good
luck to both of you in training your humans well! I'll send you my
URL if my mom ever get's it together and makes me a site!
-Serena (with a little help with the typing
from Betsy)

Diva & Tiki's Note: Hi Serena! Wow, 14 weeks old. We bet you are keeping your Mom on her toes! Take it from two veterans, you've got to start them early, these people can be so hard to train. Good Luck, and we're really glad your Mom went to a shelter, tell her we admire that. :-)
Hi Diva and Tiki,
Thanks for signing our guestbook. We've been visiting your site. We tried to sign the guestbook but the link didn't go to a guestbook.
Anyway, we are glad that Tiki's health is much better now. It's great that she's been rescued from the sad fate of most animal shelter animals. It's amazing that Tiki and Diva got along so well right away. Our cats had/have a little more trouble. We still have the occasional hiss fight and spitting.
Unfortunately, the java slide show didn't work for us. But we enjoyed the photos of Diva. We'll check back to see more photos in the future.
Diva & Tiki's Note: Hi, Thanks for writing! You guys have such interesting markings, what beautiful kitties. Thanks for telling us about the guestbook, we don't know what happened with the links, but they're all fixed now.

Hector (Saint John, NB Canada)
Diva & Tiki's Note: This is our friend Hector,
he is from the same shelter that Tiki came from. His Dad just went
and got him a friend "Oliver" from there too, two days ago. We'll
try to get Oliver's pic.
Hi!
We are the 3rd generation of cats in our family.
We appreciated that you had vistited our site, so we just came by to say
hello! We like your pages very much! Please come back to visit us, as we
just now have added some new photos.
So long,
Callie,
Sofia and Marlon (Arendal, Norway)
Nice to meet you. We signed your guest book this morning, with the inept help of our human. For some cockeyed reason, she told us we were an "unknown species". Let us set the record straight -- we are a couple of terrific, intelligent, proud, unquestionably cats!!
I, Hobo, am a 16-pound gentleman, polydactyl,
mostly Siamese, white with yellow tinges on ears and forehead, big blue
eyes. I'm about six years old, having arrived on my human's patio
half-grown, skinny, dirty. I was called Hobo because I just came
around every day for a handout until I decided to come in and stay.
I, Speckles, am just that - speckled, all
colors, mostly black - who arrived in much the same manner as my buddy,
Hobo. We think I'm about 8 or 9 years old. I had a previous
owner because I was spayed when I came to this Jeanne person. Unsuccessful
attempts to find my original human resulted in this Jeanne taking me along
when she moved out of the state so that I wouldn't be abandoned twice.
I'm sorry we have no pictures; our Jeanne human has no scanner. We did enjoy seeing yours.
Take care.
Hobo and Speckles (Huntsville, Alabama USA)
Diva & Tiki's note: Hi Hobo & Speckles! Our mom wrote your mom to offer to scan your picture, so hopefully we'll have one soon :-) (She won't let us use her scanner, I don't know why... keeps mumbling something about fur clogs, we don't know what she's going on about.)
Aug. 11, 1998 - Hobo & Speckles sent pictures for us all! Wasn't that nice of them! :-)
Tiki and Diva
Just a short note from your aunt to let you girls know I love your web page.
Diva: It sounds as though you are turning into a wonderful big sister and I am so proud of you. I will have to bring you a bag of fat free Lay's really soon.
Tiki: I hope that you feel better soon. I guess I will have to get you your own bag of lay's chips so that you don't have to eat plants anymore.
Don't worry about the new addition to your family....every one knows cats rule people and I am sure that you will have her wrapped around your kitty cat paws in no time.
Love Auntie Marjara (Fredericton, NB Canada)
Diva's note: Auntie Marjara is my most favourite person in the whole world (I hope mom isn't reading this). Whenever she comes to visit, she lets me have a Lay's potato chip, and she lets me do all sorts of things that my human-mom won't.PS: Our human-mom is expecting a baby, that's our new addition, not sure what to think about a human-sister!
