What IDMC 2009 is about
The Intentional Disciplemaking Church Conference 2009 “KNOWING GOD – Theology Made Relevant In Discipleship Today” is all about the importance of theology to real life. It is our sincere attempt at raising the alarm on the danger of theological rootlessness in our Christianity and our humble attempt at articulating the way back to basics. Theology made relevant!
Theology is often seen as “too deep”, “not practical” and “for theologians only”. This conference seeks to reverse such a negative mindset and to make a paradigm shift! God meant theology for everyone!

The original Global Network of Centers for World Mission briefly was in vibrant existence from the late 80s till early 90s. For various reasons, it ceased to function shortly thereafter. However, the significance of such Centers for World Mission globally working together remains a top priority, as Dr. Ralph Winter puts it, "The most strategic overall response Christians can make to the world need is a string of nerve centers around the world!" What does it look like for these nerve centers around the world to once again find ways to work together in the 21st century with its unique challenges and unprecedented opportunities?
Pray along with us as we invite 30-40 global leaders of Centre for World Mission to Singapore. Missions Night Rallies are open to mission seekers, servers, practitioners and academe.
