4 The women's tour has had a lot of players who are 14 years old playing in the circuit. Tracey Austin, Andrea Jaeger and Jennifer Capriati have all suffered mental burnout where they have quit the tour before they were 20. The Capriati situation was highly publicised by the media. She was arrested twice, for shoplifting and drug possession. Although she has come back, the WTA changed their rules, which state that younger players are limited to the number of tournaments they can play. Martina Hingis and Anna Kournikova both were affected by the situation, and felt they were victimised for other players' problems.
