2. Melville Thomasz Alvis, married in the Dutch Reformed Church, Wolvendaal, Colombo, 26th December 1939, Aileen Maude Ebert, born 23rd May 1914, daughter of Charles Henry Ebert and Muriel Clarice THOMASZ. (3 children form this union)
3. Pansy Alda Alvis, married in the Dutch Reformed Church, Dehiwala, Sri Lanka (Ceylon) on the 2nd September 1944, Ivor Andrey VANDERWERT.
