Kalanchoe

K. eriophylla Hilsenb. & Bojer

This furry white leaved kalanchoe from the central highlands around the capital city, Antananarivo, Madagascar. It propagates easily from cuttings, and is now a common ornamental plant. It thrives under temperate conditions. One can easily mistake this kalanchoe from K. tomentosa. K. eriophylla is unlike K. tomentosa in that it has a rounder leaf tip and does not have brown markings at the tip.
