Kalanchoe

Photos: Madeline Lehmann K. paniculata This kalanchoe is from Southern African. The photos are taken from those that grow on Maddy's farm, Northern Province, South Africa. The inflorescece grows to about 1.7 m high (5'6"). The plant dies after flowering, but it grows a new shoot from the lower leaf axles. Pictures were taken in April. Below are those of immature young plants and that of a plant developing an inflorescence.
