Kalanchoe

K. sexangularis N. E. Brown

This kalanchoe is very popular in trade and often identified as K. longiflora v. coccinea. It is distinct from K. longiflora with its glabrous reddish leaves. As the species epithet suggests, the stems may have up to 6 angled. It has a wide distribution in Southern Africa (S. Africa, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Zambia). Stephen Jankalski has kindly provide me with this identification and data.
