Kalanchoe

K. thyrsiflora. Harv. This is a very striking densely leaf-covered plant from Cape Province, Transvaal, South Africa. The leaves are large, wide and tips blunt. The leaves are thick, white-pruinose, and often with reddish margins in full sun. This large plant dies after flowering but rest assured that there will be plenty of young plants branching out from the base. The inflorescence is often taller than a person.
