There are eight main sabbats within the craft they are as follows:



1. Yule, Winter Solstice, Yuletide: December 20th or 21st. It is the shortest day and longest night and symbolizes renewal and rebirth.
2. Imbolc, Candlemas: February 1st or 2nd. Festival of Lights. This is to welcome change from old to new.
3. Ostar: March 20 - 23, This celebrates the start of spring.
4. Beltane: May 5th. Celebrates fertilty a time for planting.
5. Litha: June 20 - 23. This is the celebration of Great, magickal power
6. Lughnasadh: August 1st. Celebrates harvest and thanksgiving.
7. Mabon: September 20 - 23. Celebrates the second harvest and mysteries
8. Samhain: October 31. Celebrates the end of the year and honors the dead.
