It is now possible to obtain many of Intel's great Java applets directly from Intel. There is no cost and support is available. Further, you will not be dependent upon the GeoCities server for a "functioning" applet.

I have installed the 3DText applet here and you will notice it is the same one offered at GeoCities but you can now install it directly in your file directory.
