Dear Members,

By now you have surely picked your best birds to show. Make sure your cages & perches are clean. No paper on the bottom, cover the bottom with seed. No seed in the cups, use both for water.

SCHEDULE

THURS. EVE., NOV 23rd - Set-up staging. We need all the help we can get. The more who come, the less time it will take. Bring a hammer & wrench.

FRIDAY - Local & out-of-town entries 8 A.M. - 9 P.M.

SATURDAY - Out-of-town entries 8 A.M. - 9 A.M.
9:30 Judging begins
12:30 Lunch
4:00 P.M. Show open to the public
7:00 P.M. Banquet & awards ($4.50 per person)

SUNDAY - 10 A.M. - 3 P.M. Open to the public
10 A.M. - 3 P.M. Birds for sale (SUNDAY ONLY)
11 A.M. - 1 P.M. Bird Auction
3 P.M. - Check-out time
3 P.M. - ALL MEMBERS TO HELP TAKE DOWN STAGING & CLEAN CAFETORIUM

BANQUET - Donation of salads & desserts still needed.

SATURDAY NITE RAFFLE - The club has agreed to use $100 from the Treas. to buy 2 or 3 good items for the raffle, however, if you have anything you would like to contribute, please feel free to do so.

BIRD AUCTION - Out of a membership of 100 people, so far the following members have signed-up to donate to the auction:
