All you have to do is paste this to your page where you normally put the body command.
You'll get a message box when the person comes in and another when they leave.
You can change the messages that come up by changing the messages in the
script. Just make sure to leave the single and double quote mark in place.
If you want this script just choose "Save Frame As..." (in Netscape) when you have the focus on the frame.
