This main part of this script has been pusblished before. But I get a lot of questions about how to "highlight a link". I use this in the IE-menu, but here I've cut out the most essential part.

One big advantage with this script is that it doens't generate an annoying error-message on browsers that doesn't support JavaScript 1.1. If you use Netscape 2.x or IE 3.0 you can still click on the links!
