The Background Music option in the GeoBuilder Edit menu places the music code in the wrong location on the page, killing the background and often making objects on the page disappear.
The Form elements in the GeoBuilder Insert menu do not function properly: the drop-down and list menus cannot be customized and linked, the Submit attribute sends the wrong information to the specified email address.
Uploading an image will sometimes knock out the last text object you created on the page. Images may be distorted when uploaded in GeoBuilder.
| Server-related Problems |
During peak traffic hours, GeoBuilder will not open completely for some users. This is especially true for Internet Explorer users. The best way to deal with this is to report the problem to Yahoo/GeoCities via the Feedback form, and to use GeoBuilder during off hours.
This is a server problem that is amplified by opening large pages with numerous graphics. Reducing the size of the page will help lessen the recurrence of this situation. Occasionally the fault lies with the File Manager, which is being reworked and enhanced at this time.
