• The sargeant of the plastic armay men was voiced by the Drill Instructor from "Full Metal Jacket"
• The tea-pot used by Sid's little sister is the 'classic' teapot used in Computer Graphics, the UTAH teapot
• The books on the shelf in Andy's room, during the Woody's briefing of Andy's toys are the titles of PIXAR's awarding winning shorts, namely Tin Toy, Red's Dream and Knick Knack
• In Andy's room there is a Mickey Mouse clock on the wall. Disney distributed and marketed the movie for Pixar
• The tool box, that traps Woody under the milk crate in Sids room, which Buzz pushes off reads on the side "Binford". Binford is the name of the tool company that the show "Tool Time" promotes with Tim Allen stars in.
