Sega Genesis contains a Z80 processor. The main processor is a Motorola 68000 processor running at 8 Mhz, and it has a Z80 coprocessor to do background tasks such as audio among other things.
the Sega Master System and the Sega Master System II (basically the same as the master system, except that it does not include the IC card interface), and the Sega Power Base converter (an adapter that allowed the use of Sega Master system games on the Sega Genesis) also used the Z-80 microprocessor
