INTERNET + VOICE +
COMMUNICATION
+ FREE = BEECALL

communications solutions for e-commerce and online communities, is
launching BeeCall, an Internet voice conversation and messaging
service, the Connected Crustacean learned today. This service allows
people to talk for free with any other BeeCall user on the Internet.
You can choose to have a real-time "intercom" voice
conversation, send and receive instant voice messages, or leave voice
mail if the other party is offline.
You can download the free BeeCall software at: http://www.beecall.com
and begin using the service in less than a minute, eCall promised
Crusty. The Windows-based BeeCall software is a
"micro-client" that occupies very little display space on
the user's PC screen, uses two mouse clicks for most operations, and
is less than 200 KB in file size.
BeeCall supports one-to-one voice communications and allows you to
broadcast or reply to voice messages in a group. The BeeCall server
notifies you when your friends are online. Planned enhancements to the
BeeCall service will allow you to send and pick up BeeCall messages
via other communications devices, including standard telephones,
wireless telephones, and portable "Internet appliances."
