I am now in Bethany English Service (BES), with more than 200 congregations, an English speaking fellowship in Jakarta, in the Intercession Department. We have the vision to reach nations around the world, and today, January 24th, 2000, we are celebrating BES' 7th Anniversary. Though we are still few in the Intercession Dept., but we are made sure by the Lord that we must always minister unto Him, especially in interceding for Indonesia and other countries too, including your country.

I was in a Bethany Young Adult Fellowship in Karsa Pemuda Building, now changed to Sahid Hotel. We have a Monday fellowship from 7.00 to 10.00 PM. I often attend the Family Altar, that’s a cell group from the Bethany. We are more than ten people in a Family Altar. If our member increased to be more than 20, then the FA will be set apart to be two and so on. When the FA has become 4 or 5 with members about 50 persons, then a little church can be formed. Now in the area of Muara Karang where my FA is, there are already 4 FAs and we are praying for a place and the guidance of God to form a little church.
Before I was in a Pentecostal Church with it’s Center in Surabaya, East Java, but there is no cell group like in Bethany, that’s why I moved to Bethany. I feel so blessed following FA, for all members are prayed by the leader and at the end, we prayed for the leader. My leader’s name is John, and he is ministering in song leader, singer, and of course preaching. In FA, from 7.00 to 10.00 PM, often half of the time is for prayer.
That’s the way of fellowship in my church in Jakarta, how about yours in your city?
There is a fellowship too in my campus, though now I am graduated already, I seldom visit it, but I am so grateful for God’s guidance in my campus fellowship. My campus fellowship’s name is Kegiatan Sie Kerohanian Kristen (KSKK) Unsada. There have been some conflicts about church’s tradition in KSKK, but now the conflict ceased and I think that’s God’s to make every believer in Christ to become one in Christ (It reminds me of a song "Make Us One" the one I used to sing in my campus and now it’s still continue to be sung): "Make Us One"
