4.3 Exercise 2: Add it Up

Write a Java application that does the following:

Takes two command line arguments
Converts them to integers
Adds them together and display the results
The application should validate the number of items passed to it on the command line and display a meaningful error message if two arguments are not supplied.
The application should display a meaningful message if any of the two values passed to the application are not legal integers..
