Implib BC++ 4.5xx

The Borland Turbo Implib 2.0 utility gives an error on several DLL-files. I could not found information on DLL's on the web, so I started to examine the DLL-files. The result was the "dll2def" utility. This utility creates a ".def" file, which can be converted to a Import Library using your Implib Utility. It was tested on several DLL's but if you encounter a error, or you have more information on DLL's please let me know.
