20. William⁴ Lewis (Abraham³, Joseph L.², Abraham¹) (#271) was born in IN 1824.

He married Sarah. ( Sarah is #274.) She was born in IN 1831. At 15 years of age she became the mother of James F. Lewis 1846. At 17 years of age she became the mother of Mary J. Lewis 1848. At 19 years of age she became the mother of Nancy A. Lewis 1850.

At 22 years of age William became the father of James F. Lewis 1846. At 24 years of age William became the father of Mary J. Lewis 1848. At 26 years of age William became the father of Nancy A. Lewis 1850.

William Lewis and Sarah had the following children:

23 i. James F.⁵ Lewis (#275) was born 1846.

24 ii. Mary J. Lewis (#276) was born 1848.

25 iii. Nancy A. Lewis (#277) was born 1850.
