Another month has gone with a lot of work done.  All the outer walls and ceilings haver now fully been insulated and covered. The ceiling has received two coats of paint due to the generous donation of  paint and help of John VK3EEZ.  The framing of the radioshack has been completed and the ceiling is in. Give it another few weeks and it will get to the stage that the electricity can be completed and that our weekly theory classes, currently held in a class room of the College, can move back to our club rooms.
Still a lot of work is then needed, such as fitting out of the radio room, completion of the toilet area and passage to the back door, rebuilding of the test bench and cupboards and so on. But as Craig said today (29-6): "We have broken its back!"

With several White Elephant Sales/Hamfests coming up in the next few months, we can start thinking about what equipment and antennas will need to be acquired . Show your support on working bees and come along to the next Natter night on Friday 14th of July. We may even have a heater going!
