	As you read this Newsletter the first in the yearly parade of Hamfests will already have been held: The Midland Amateur Radio Club had their Hamvention on Sunday 30 April in Eaglehawk, North-West of Bendigo. Your next opportunity will be one of the major events in Melbourne: The Moorabbin and District Radio Club will hold its Hamfest 2000 on Saturday 13 May at the Brentwood Secondary College, Watsons Road Glen Waverley. 	FAMPARC holds monthly meetings on the 2nd Friday of the month at their clubrooms on the school grounds of St. Leonard's College, Patterson Lakes Campus. Riverend Road, Patterson Lakes.
