Forthcoming Hamfests

As you read this Newsletter the first in the yearly parade of Hamfests will already have been held: The Midland Amateur Radio Club had their Hamvention on Sunday 30 April in Eaglehawk, North-West of Bendigo.
Your next opportunity will be one of the major events in Melbourne:
The Moorabbin and District Radio Club will hold its Hamfest 2000 on Saturday 13 May at the Brentwood Secondary College, Watsons Road Glen Waverley. Melways Ref. 71 D7. Entry from Heath  street. between 10 and 1400 hrs. Talk in via VK3RML 146.700 MHz and simplex 146.500 MHz.
Sales of new and second hand ham gear and accessories, PC's and associated bits and pieces. RF test equipment, antennas, military equipment. Snacks and hot food available.

FAMPARC Meetings

FAMPARC holds monthly meetings on the 2nd Friday of the month at their clubrooms on the school grounds of St. Leonard's College, Patterson Lakes Campus.
Riverend Road, Patterson Lakes. Melways Ref. 93 J11 or UBD Ref 276 A3
Starting time 20.00 hr.       And every Saturday Morning between 10am and 2pm.
(Note: South heading traffic must take Wells Road, NOT the Freeway).
