The resonance of the nerve wrecking sound of explosion was still heard behind the shadows of Blizzard's newest strategy game, STARCRAFT. After its success with Warcraft 2(Game of the Year for 1996), Blizzard now comes up with another real-time strategy game(RTS), Starcraft. Basically, Starcraft is an RTS game where in you gather resources(minerals and vespene gas) to build an army to conquer your enemies.
The Terran's proud and versatile Marine
Starcraft is the first RTS game that features races that are radically different from one another. You get to choose three different races namely the Terrans, the Protoss and the Zergs. Unlike other RTS games, Starcraft is a wholly different game when played using different races. Say for example, your strategy which is successful when using the Terrans will not be as successful(or even a failure ) when using the Zergs.. Next is a brief description of each race.
