Ka Kui dream come true

In year 1983, Ka Kui finally dream come true. He, Sai Wing and friend Wu Ling formed a band name "BEYOND". They took part in a Music competition sponsored by the "Guitar Magazine". They won the best band award, and that began the name of BEYOND. In the same time Ka Kui, Ka Keung and former Tai Ji member Jian meng also formed a band name "NASA". But, I think the result of this band is not good so they don't continue the band and put more time and effort in forming BEYOND because BEYOND had better result.

This photo was taken in 1983, this is when BEYOND first grouped. Member are Ka Kui, Wing Yip, Wu Ling and ????.

After, the competition they continue with their work and when they are free they will go to some places or Pubs to perform their Music. In the year 1984, Ka Kui youngest brother Ka Keung joined the band, in the same time a Music company gether all Hong Kong band to record a CD name "Hong Kong".In the CD it recorded two English song composed and singed by BEYOND.
