Updates Page!
- 2004/3/1- This will be the last update on this website. It has served my purposes well, and I thank those of you who visited and provided feedback on them and the site itself. If you have been here before you will certainly know what the update is, and if you have not then perhaps you can decipher what has transpired here and determine it for yourself. I am still writing my poetry, although not nearly as much as I have in the past. There will be a new website of my work going up in the very near future, and I will probably put a link to it on this site when that happens. I have found a happy place in my life now, and no longer write my tradmark "dark poetry" of days past. This new place is wonderful for me and for my health and self-appreciation. I can honestly say that I am currently the happiest I have been in my life, and look forward to my own future for a change. It was a long, sometimes difficult road to journey down, but I finally made leaps and bounds towards the end of it. Again, Thank You to all who visited, and good luck in your own life's journeys.
- 2003/2/19-The End is the first new poem I have written in over a year!! I have searched inside of myself and found many things, some of which I knew and was afraid to face, others which are completely new to me. Much like a caterpillar emerges from a cacoon as a new butterfly, I now have a new take on life, and am ready to tackle the challenges it brings on. This poem is an uplifting view on some of my darker poems, and will hopefully be the first of many. The title sounds dark, but that is a trademark of my writings and thoughts. If you read Demons and thought you understood it from my point of view, then you will certainly understand where I am now after reading this one. If you are confused, then read them all again, and the full picture will start to come together.
- 2001/10/25-Fear Of Tomorrow is the next poem I have ready. I will try to put another up tomorrow, but I'm not going to promise anything. I am getting so lazy on this thing. Lots of soul searching going on here, and it keeps me pretty occupied. Perhaps someday I will find the answers I am seeking. Anyway, enoy the poem, and thanks for coming to have a look.
- 2001/8/10-Behind the Eyes 2 is the closing to a very long chapter in my life. It seems that my soulmate has found someone to live her life with, and although we shall forever remain friends, there will never be an "us" again, and this is how it felt when I finally realized that fact. I've actually known it for quite a while, and just couldn't admit it to myself. Anyway, I don't feel like talking much about the details, but check out the poem. There are a few other new poems on pages here, but they will not be "live" for a couple of weeks. I'm going to try to get a big update done with at least 10 new poems in the next month or so. So keep checking back for more details.
- 2001/3/22-NEW GUESTBOOK! I hope everybody signs it. I really liked the original Guestbook, but apparently Yahoo! didn't, so they changed it on me. :o(
Anyway, I have a new one from BraveNet, a site I have been using for a while now, and I think I will like it better. I like to customize things to my liking, and this one will eventually be better than it is now....I just have to do a bit of tweaking on it. BTW, George's section is up and running now(actually about 3 weeks ago *grins*, so tell me what you guys think of his work. I like it a lot, and I hope you all do too. You can get to his section by clicking here. There is still one more from him that I haven't put up yet called "Evil Child". It's a zinger too...heheh, but I still want a background for it, so it isn't functional yet.
- 2001/2/3-WOW! Has it really been that long since i updated this page? I've been really busy, so i didn't notice how long it had been. I have been teaching myself computer programming languages, and learning to build my own computers, so time has really flown. Anyway, I'm back now, and I'm also in school for computer programming. Maybe with an actual instructor I will have more time for fun stuff and spend less time figuring stuff out on my own. Someone has expressed interest in placing work here, so I am in the process of setting that up. Haven't learned how to make my own interactive pages yet, so for now I will have to make the pages myself with input via e-mails. (I'm working on it George ;o) )Anyway the link is up, but the pages may not work yet as i have to work out any bugs in them still. I will be doing that over the next week or so. I am also trying to rework the pages so that they show up well in multiple resolutions. I have recently gone to 1024x768, and noticed the page doesn't appear corrcectly at this resolution. But I also know that most of the world views at 800x600 so i want it to appear correctly in that one too!
- 2000/8/18-OK! I bet you all thought I'd abandoned this site! It's been over a month since my last content update. They don't have backgrounds yet, but they will load(I will be working on them this weekend :o) )so they will be finished soon, but there are three new poems(one written this week even!). They are: Looking Back(Another Mistake), The Cleansing of A Soul, and Inside. Hope you like them.
- 2000/7/9-Demons have made their presence known in Hell.(you knew there were some here, RIGHT?!?!) I'm back from vacation and have a new poem called"Demons". I still have a few more ready if I can find some nice backgrounds for them. Anyway, Delaware is a beautiful state! I suggest all of you go there for some nice peace and quiet(it's kinda rural) and clear your heads of all those DEMONS!!!!! :o) LOL
- 2000/6/28-OK guys, I'm slacking a little. I have three new poems for ya, but I want the right backgrounds, and that's not so easy. I don't want to keep re-using(hey, I never claimed to be an English Major!) the same ones, so I have to find some more. I'm trying to keep the space theme, because I like it, so if you have any suggestions---FIRE AWAY! I'm open! Anyway, I* doubt if they will be up this week, because I am going to visit my little bro in DELAWARE over the 4th of July. I just wanted something here so you didn't think I'd forgotten about this. - 2000/6/15-Links Page added to try and cut down on the loading time. There are some banners on this page, so it may take a little longer to load than the rest of the pages.
- 2000/5/25-Twister!--This poem is located on someone else's page(and has been for a few months now!), but I decided to link to it here. Yes, it IS an original poem by me! It just deserves a better place than Hell to live. Thanks Lisa!
- 2000/05/24--Updates page added! This will be an experimental thing, unless I can keep it up. Sometimes just the site alone is more than I can maintain!
