The first thing you must do to a stray twit is pat him on the head; make him feel loved, and wanted.
Listen to him, discuss his problems. Encourage him to talk about any aspect of his life, whether it be embarrassing personal problems, or trouble at the office. Try not to encourage talking about bowler hats, umbrellas or briefcases, though.
Encourage him to join a 'Twits Anonymous' group. He will recieve valuable help here.

Do not worry if he does not take to these gifts immediately. Twits need understanding and patience. You cannot force a twit to part with his bowler hat. There are, however, several ways to encourage the use of the new gifts;
