It all started with the US KRH86 NYC Reunion ...
September 19, 2007 & June 19, 2008: Tony DiNapoli's

Yesterday, one of my long time good friends Rina came over to check out the new apartment that I'm moving into this week. The super was there fixing a few more things, and my friend brought over some stuff I had left at her place last month. We sat in an empty room and got to talking about our kids, and she had just dropped off her son at a playdate with who she thought was the son of the owner of Tony DiNapoli. (Actually, they're cousins with, and are in the same business with another restaurant in Tuckahoe). Nevertheless, I just realized I haven't blogged in a while, and Nick and I had just eaten at Tony DiNapoli's a couple of weeks ago...

It's been a busy year for me in my move from Harlem to my new school in the Bronx. This leaves my blogs long neglected.

Last September, we met another KRH86 batchmate, Joseph, who happened to be visiting NYC. All I remember is it took Nick an hour to find parking, while we ordered this huge plate of ravioli. I'm sure we ordered some other dishes, but the ravioli was yummy! (and the big cookie sundae) In attendance were myself, Mitzie, Nick, and Joseph. Thanks for the Anderson Cooper book!

I called for a dinner get together at the end of the school year. Except for emails, YMs and texts, I really haven't seen Mitzie in 9 months. (A lot can happen and does happen in 9 months). I'm not a breaking-news-over-the-phone person, I prefer in-person delivery, so I can see a person's reaction. (The news? see <link: From Oldest to Youngest... >

Marius and Ollie weren't able to join us that evening. They missed out on the ravioli. After the initial surprise, we all went on to talk about who's not there, economics, and our kids.

Next up? Pinkberry, maybe. It's this frozen yogurt place that launched a 1000 parking tickets in LA..
