This is the darkest place in my mind. Maybe, after reading it, you'll say "Wow, this guy thinks the same way as me", or "Hmm, no.. I disagree".. or maybe you'll say "Yuck, this guy is completely CRAZY!" but whatever you say, you'll know me a little better. Please, forgive me if you feel "touched" for some of my thoughts. It's just what I think, nothing personal against anyone.

Future?

What future can we have when there are idiots with enough power to destroy the world?... When presidents and politicians are worried about elections, votes and money, but not worried about a little boy stealing for food.. or kids learning how to shoot a gun so they can go to fight at their father's side?... You don't have to be a genius to read this and know that it's true. If we want a good future, we need to think and find the way to help each other, not to KILL each other.

Catholic Church and Religion?

Ok, first I want to say that, for me, Church and Religion are two things COMPLETELY different. I have respect for Religion, even though I don't consider myself a follower of it. But... if you ask me about the Church, then I'll tell you that I DON'T have any respect for it. I have a lot of reasons to think this way and for me they are VALID reasons. Bishops having a Mercedes Benz at the door of their houses, or trying to decide and censure what I can or can't see. Priests being candidate for president or church trying to convince people to think the same way as they do... That's not what God asked for their apostles. I remember when I was in Chile, Iron Maiden was going to make a concert there, the Church asked the government not to allow them to enter the country because they were a "Satanic Influence". The Government did nothing about it, so the Church talked with the people in charge of the "National Stadium" (the place that Iron Maiden was going to make the concert). Finally, Iron Maiden arrived to Chile, but they couldn't play, because the National Stadium didn't authorize the concert. The time was too short to search for another place to play on, so they left. Now, I'm not an Iron Maiden fanatic (I even don't have the LP's), but I HATE when someone tries to decide what I can or can't see or hear. If the Church thought that Iron Maiden was a Satanic Influence to the people, then it could say "People, don't go to the concert... they are bad, sons of Satan, they want you to be dead".. or whatever, and the PEOPLE would decide if they go to the concert or not. Why does the Church think that it has the right to censure things?.... Of course I'm not talking about ALL the Church.. but there is only ONE Catholic Church and if they don't worry about it, then it's their fault too. Anyway, I think the Church and Religion are condemned to die, because most of young people don't believe on them.

Even if you don't believe it, it makes me happy that someone in another place, another country (maybe in another world.. how do you know?.. maybe ET's have Internet Access too!.. I'd like to see their phonebill.. hehe). Anyways, whoever you are, thanks for reading all this. At least I didn't waste my time writing it! ;)

Dogs and Cats living together?

Arghh.. now that's PATHETIC!.. it's the END of the world!!!... RUN for your lives!!!... What happened with the times that the dog and the cat were fighting all day?... The dog's strenght against the Cat's intelligence... well.. not anymore... sad, huh?

Internet and Net Friends?

I've met a lot of people on the Net. Some of them are really cool friends and I apreciate them a lot, but I don't know why the Net always become to be something more than just the "Net", and Net Friends more than just "Net Friends". Lots of people fall in love with someone who is MILES away and they've never met in real life... is that possible?... is that true love?... maybe, but it will be good ONLY if you have the chance to meet that person, because if you can't, it will hurt a lot. Is sad to see how people that said "I love you" a hundred times, decide to avoid you just because they can't see you or hear your voice on the phone. Was that true love then?... or was just a little child playing with someone else's feelings?... who knows... The Net is full of idiots, be aware of that and be careful.

War / Peace?

In the year 1522, Niccolo Machiavelli said: "There is no avoiding war... it can only be postponed to the advantage of others.". Is he right?... I'm against war, but sometimes it's necessary to do something. Saddam Hussein, for example. I think the war was inevitable, because there was a crazy man trying to take possession of Kuwait. He had like 2 months to retreat, but he didn't. What was the only option?... the war. There was an alliance (lead by the U.S.A.) to fight Hussein. I think it was right to do it, but... why they didn't do the same to stop the war in Bosnia?.. Just because Hussein was taking control of the country that posseses like 60% of the global petroleum?. Is that petroleum more important than the life of thousand of innocent people dying everyday in Bosnia?, of course not!. So now I don't know what to think about war. I just can remember a song, wrote by an Argentinian when Chile and Argentina almost went to war, in 1978. The song is in spanish, but I translated it to english so you can understand the meaning, here it is:
