ANIM_BULLET_WHITE-BLUE.gif (275 bytes)Arela Ber is maybe one of the best Israeli female singers. Her voice is fabulous!!! She did a few back up vocals, acted in musicals, then released a first album called "Velvet" in 1985. The album is a gem. The second album, two years later, "Hard at night" was quite sucessful in Israel, although more rock than the first album. Still, her pure voice was still at the top! Then, nothing, except perhaps a few collaborations here and there! What a pity!!! To top it all off, none of the albums is available on CD right now. There are only a few CD compilations where you can find one or two songs that Arela sings. Listen to them and you too will fall in love with her heavenly voice!
