TRAFTON
Monty, give me a cigarette.
MONTY
It’s my last one.
TRAFTON
Give it to me.
MONTY
No, it’s my last one.
TRAFTON
I gave you one before, you owe me.
MONTY
Trafton, it’s my last one.
TRAFTON
I gave you one before. Give me your last cigarette.
MONTY
No! You’ve smoked three cigarettes since then, I haven’t had any.
TRAFTON
I don’t care. You owe me one. I want your last cigarette.
MONTY
Well, I’m gonna smoke it.
TRAFTON
I’ll buy you a pack.
MONTY
Trafton, I’m smoking this cigarette.
TRAFTON
Come on, I’ll buy your next pack if you give me that cigarette.
JOHNSON
I think that’s the protocol here.
TRAFTON
Yeah, Monty, give me your last cigarette.
JOHNSON
That’s the last cigarette rule, you never can take the last cigarette unless you buy the next pack.
MONTY
I don’t have to give it to him though, I can choose to turn down a free pack if I want to.
TRAFTON
Is that true?
JOHNSON
That’s true.
TRAFTON
Monty, give it to me.
MONTY
No, I’m smoking it. Give me the lighter.
TRAFTON
I don’t have it.
MONTY
Yes you do, I saw you use it when you smoked those three cigarettes this morning. Check your pockets.
TRAFTON
Yup, here it is.
MONTY
Give it to me.
TRAFTON throws lighter of the window of the car.
Lighter bounces and comes to stop on pavement.
