Before you begin, find a quiet, private room where you will not be interupted and where you will feel comfortable making this meditative sound. A place where you can put this sound out into the world and not be afraid of other people listening to it. If you are able, light a candle and burn some invigorating incense like peppermint to create the proper mood. Find a comfortable position where you are not placing any strain on any part of your body. You can lie on your back, sit cross-legged, or whatever you may wish. If you have access to relaxing tapes like the sounds of the ocean, chimes or nature sounds, you can quietly play these in the background to help you channel out other sounds you may hear. In order for you to allow yourself to enter into city conciousness, you have to let your mind slowly disappear. You must let your thoughts become suspended. Prepare your body by taking three deep breaths in through your nose, letting it out through your mouth. Listen to your breathing, allow the sound of it to calm you. For this meditation you will need to time yourself, (an alarm clock works fine). For twenty minutes you are to sit, taking deep breaths in through your nose, letting them out through your mouth with the sound of "AH". As you are doing the sound, think about what it is that you are trying to manifest in your life. Maybe you are trying to manifest a divine relationship, or an improved relationship. Perhaps you would like to be able to heal a part of your body that has been resistant to healing or health. Perhaps you would like to overcome an addiction or lose weight. Perhaps you would like to be able to manifest abundance in your life through a new job, a promotion, or have all scarcity removed from your life and replaced with security. Perhaps you would like to have less tention, lower blood pressure, less stress, and more peace in your life. Whatever it is that you would like to be able to manifest, allow all other thoughts to slowly be erased out of your mind. Suspend all doubt and be willing EVERY MORNING, to begin your day with a twenty minute "AH" meditation. The ancient wisdom that comes from the far east. Where they taught the meditators how to use this sound and have it absolutely go from the root chakra to the third eye, and to begin to feel it emanating upward. After twenty minutes of doing this, your identification with the material world will almost be eliminated . You will find yourself feeling lighter, clearer, more centered, and more focused. However, most importantly, you will begin to see manifesting and materializing in your world that which you concentrate on in your "ah" meditation. Do not be discouraged if you are not able to reach city conciousness in your first couple of attempts. It may take you several trys to let go of your mind and embrace the sound of "ah." |
