Past Life Regressions | |||||||||||
Past life regression refers to going back in time to review lives you lived in other time periods when you have a different physical body. This concept accepts reincarnation as the main mechanism in the evolution of our soul. (the subconscious mind.) We change sexes, races, socioeconomic status, and geographical location in our previous existences. Our subconscious mind's memory bank is perfect; we all have the ability to access our akashic records and perceive our past lives. There are five ways you can experience information about your past lives. The most desired type, but unfortunately not the most common form, is audio-visual. The subject experiences scenes in his or her mind (similar to watching a movie), accompanied by information. The most common type is one of quick and cloudy impressions. The second type consists of visual images that appear in your mind but quickly disappear. Most of the information you receive is through thoughts. The third type is entirely audio or thoughts. A sensation as if someone were whispering in your ear constitutes the fourth type. The fifth type is characterized by reading words that pass before your inner eyes. These last two types are quite rare (less than one percent of all experiences), but do not signify abnormal behavior. |

Before you start this regression meditation, it is important that you do some relaxation exercises to help induce trance. | |||||||||||

I recommend that you work in a group of three. One person is the subject undergoing regression, One person reads the script and asks the subject questions, The last person is the scribe; writing down key things that the subject says. If it is not possible to work in a group. Then you can tape record yourself reading the script and just play it back. This way doesn't work quite as well, because many times the script doesn't cover everything that the subject might say and most times needs to be deviated from. |
