Light Up the Sky

		lightning runs across the sky lighting up
		the world in cold blue electric

			and for one second the whole world sees
			the eye of the one-eyed god
			screaming and running!

		a crow soars up higher to reach
		the lightning and disappears
		and we hold hands standing in the rain
		ignorant and blessed
